Your Guide to Fitness and Wellness
With decades of experience in the Fitness Industry, working in gyms, health clubs, sports centres and schools, I’ve seen many fitness fads come and go. However, nothing has ever beaten a well-planned, safely taught, exercise programme specific to suit the individual.
Early in my career, I achieved a silver medal in the British Aerobic Championships. Since then, I have enjoyed teaching a wide variety of fitness classes in London and Essex. I now run my own personal training business and work part-time as a PE teacher in a secondary school. I am still as enthusiastic now as I was when I started and I love helping others to achieve their fitness goals.
The great thing about personal training is that your fitness programme is tailored to you. What works for one person doesn’t work for another. What one person is capable of is not possible for another. What type of exercise one person likes another may dislike. With me as your personal trainer, you won’t get a one-size-fits-all plan. My approach is to motivate, be supportive, provide challenging sessions yet at the same time have fun. The key is to get in the right mindset, be realistic and consistent.
I work with clients of all ages and abilities and am here to help you feel stronger, move better and take charge of your health. Together we’ll create an inclusive environment where you feel welcome, heard and supported in achieving your goals.
